Return & Refund Policy
At SB McGill Eco-Energy & Environmental Inc, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully, as our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used or damaged items (after delivery)
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personal care and hygiene products (including dental, hair care, pedicure, and body care items)
To initiate a return, contact us at info@sbmeee.ca and cc: sambmcgill@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first, as returns may need to be directed to our supplier.
Refunds Once your return is confirmed with our supplier, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the supplier.
Defective or Wrong Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. In some cases, our supplier may provide a return label.
